Our company want to purchase Screw from Italy GSBI（full name: Govoni Sim Bianca Impianti S.p.A). In March, 2015,they ask us to pay in advance and promise to deliver in 30 days after receipt of payment.
We paid in full but got no goods. On June 4,we got informed that: because of GSBI company crisis, their top management has frozen all the activities.
On June 11,2015, GSBI feedback: Please be informed that our company have made the preliminary request to the court for a request of composition with creditors.
According with the Italian low the judge will give to GSBI a period from 60 to 120 days to present its definitive plan for composition with creditors and continue in the business in order to avoid the bankruptcy.
We felt astonished. For such a long history company, how they can cheat customer and try to avoid their contract obligations? There is so much bankruptcy in Italy now, can international buyers believe in Italian company's credit?
Are there any other creditors like us? Pls. contact us and share information. In case of future legal action, we can appeal in one group to strengthen our forces.
